Every character had a whole group of Joyous 7th scrolls from the 7th Anniversary. People who may not be recognizable, they look like THIS.The thing does not expire, and that I see no reason it would not still work. The scrolls either triumph (20% chance) or neglect and ruin the merchandise. However, once I attempted to use it something odd happened.

They kept failing and destroying the FIFA 19 Coins item. Nothing strange there, only bad luck. These triumphed all 3 times I used them.
