Computers have become commonplace in modern offices. These notes can later be digitized. This will reduce the consumption of paper.

Meetings

Meetings can help organizations come up with solutions for complex problems and generate new ideas. The meeting area should be equipped with projector so that presentations can be shown. A whiteboard with stand can be placed in the conference room. The board can act as a screen for the projector and can be used to note down ideas during brain storming sessions. It will enable the meeting attendees to visualize their discussions.
