 Horse riding is a wonderful sports. It is a great way to explore different place and go for adventurous ride. It helps you to get social with people who also have keen interest in the same hobby. Baby crawl: Crawl forward with your hands and knees by lifting your knees off the floor but make sure to keep your feet intact in the ground. This exercise opens up tight hips and works on lower abdominal muscles. This exercises can also be done with a little variation by crawling backward and sideways. 
Farmer’s carry: This is a total body exercise and helps in improving grip strength. Pick up equal weight of dumbells or kettle bells, walk in a straight motion, keeping the back straight. Bend forward and settle the weights down. It tones muscles, increases stamina and strengthens spine muscles.
Bent-over row: This exercise is beneficial to those rider who have a weak posterior. Slightly bend the knees to bend forward from the waist keeping the back straight. Lift dumbells, first with both the hands and then with one hand. This exercise is very good in correcting hunchback problem in riders making the backbone steady and the shoulder blades stable
Contra-lateral weight carry: For this exercise, the rider needs to pick up a dumbell or kettle bell as in farmer’s carry on one hand and on the other he needs to raise the arm to a point where the elbow forms a 90 degree angle at the shoulder’s height. Alternate the sides simultaneously.
