Gardens: - Mughal gardens are a group of gardens built by the Mughals in
the Persian style of architecture.

Pari Mahal:
- PariMahal, literally meaning ‘The Fairies' Abode is a beautiful seven
terraced garden that overlooks the striking city of Srinagar from the top of
the Zabarwan mountain range. It is
placed above the beautiful Chashma Shahi Gardens near Srinagar.

Nishant Bagh:
- Nishat Bagh was built by Asaf Khan, Empress Nur Jahan's brother on the
bank of Dal Lake with Zabarvan Massif at the back which attracts huge numbers
of visitors each day. Nishat words come from Urdu language meaning “Garden of
delight”, “Garden of Joy" or “Garden of Gladness".

Shalimar
Bagh: - Shalimar Garden is the largest Mughal Garden in Kashmir Valley its
built by Mughal Emperor Jahangir for his wife to Empress Nur Jahan. Shalimar
word comes from Sanskrit language which means "Adobe of Love".

Shankaracharya
Temple: - Shankaracharya temple is situated in height of 1100 ft. above
surface level of the main city on the hill known as Takht-e-Suleiman which
dedicated to Lord Shiva and is thought to be the oldest shrine in the Kashmir
valley.
Nagin Lake: - It is one of the impressive lakes in east Srinagar. Nagin Lake got its name from the trees and willow surrounding the lake. It has come to be referred as a "nageena" which means "the jewel in the ring". The lake with its deep blue water is separated from the dal lake. May to September is considered to be the best time to visit Srinagar.
