In this modern age of advanced electronics, we are surrounded by a number of useful electronic devices like laptop, smart phones, Tab etc. So, we can barely get any time to spend with ourselves and our family. Spending less amount of time with relatives, family members and friends has a detrimental effect on us. We cannot release our tension and stress emanating from our fast lives and as a result very soon we become fatigue both mentally and physically since we are talking less. If it does not happen and depression starts to build inside one’s mind, it is almost impossible for one’s relatives to talk him out of it as he does not want to communicate with others willingly. But friends can make one feel that he is important to a group or lot of people and in this way, definitely his confidence and self-respect will increase.
