Emergency management is the organisation and management of the resources and responsibilities for dealing with all humanitarian aspects of emergencies. 

What are the advantages and disadvantages of using the military in civil and/or emergency situations like here? Notwithstanding that the desire for an increased amount of preparatory contact and information between emergency organisations, intergovernmental organisations, and the military would result in more problematic conditions. Instead, this could facilitate the community and routines for fast cross-training members of these communities could be initiated.
