Intermittent fasting has also been found to reduce your risk of Type 2 Diabetes, reduce oxidative stress in the body and lower your risk of heart disease. Fasting is going to be your main method of fat loss, so exhaustive exercises are not required nor recommended to make Eat Stop Eat effective. However, Brad does recommend a form of weight training to build/maintain muscle. There are no specifics given, so keep it simple. A few body-weight exercises (2-5 sets, 6-15 reps) performed 3 times a week is perfect.

My mother was seventy years old and suffering from Alzheimer's. Many people didn't know her and didn't remember many things. While she is in good health and still has some memories, I plan to take her to Shanghai for a tour, which is the city she has always longed for. I bought two sleeper tickets, brought a camera and some daily necessities, and my mother and I went on the road.

Along the way, my mother was very happy, like a child who followed his parents on a long trip, looking at the scenery passing by the window, she kept exclaiming. As night fell, the other passengers lay down and rested, and their mother was still lying next to the car window, tirelessly watching the night view of thousands of lights.

It wasn't until one or two o'clock in the morning that the mother seemed to be really tired. She lay down on the bed tiredly, and soon she snored slightly.

When the train arrived at Hangzhou South Railway Station, it had just been bright, and in an hour or two, we arrived in Shanghai. I was going to ask my mother to get up and wash her face and have some breakfast, but seeing her sleeping so soundly, I couldn't bear to wake her up, so I tiptoed out of bed and went to the bathroom alone.

Wash your face, brush your teeth, and touch up your makeup. When all this is done, the train just starts, and people carrying a car rush to the next stop. I walked to the sleeping berth and looked at the bed. It was empty and there was no mother's shadow on the next seat.

The passenger next to me asked, "Are you looking for the gray-haired old lady? She got off the bus just now at Hangzhou South Railway Station."

How could this be? Hearing this news, I suddenly became a masterless person. When I found the flight attendant to explain the situation, my voice was already crying.

But the train couldn't stop. I could only watch as I was getting further and further away from Hangzhou and my mother. During those one or two hours, I was fidgeting, and my mind kept flashing all kinds of difficulties that my mother might encounter. Will she get lost? Will she be deceived by bad guys? Will she be hungry and thirsty?

In an inch of suffering, the train finally stopped slowly. I took my luggage, jumped out of the car, stopped the rental car, and went straight to Hangzhou. Along the way, I kept urging the driver to be faster and faster.

Fortunately, through the contact with the flight attendant, the station staff had found my mother. At this time, my mother was standing at the entrance waiting for my arrival.

Seeing my mother's white hair and rickety figure, I finally felt relieved, and the burning anxiety turned into a complaint: "Mom, why did you get out of the car without saying a word? Do you know how anxious I am?"

My mother suddenly took a step forward, hugged me tightly, choked and said, "I'm afraid I will lose you."

It turned out that my mother couldn't see me when she woke up, so she hurriedly got out of the car and looked for it. She was afraid that she would lose me a minute later. For four full hours, I was anxious in the car. She must be ten times more anxious than me at the station. In the crowded crowd, I couldn’t find a figure familiar to my daughter. What kind of suffering should my mother’s heart endure? what!

This simple sentence cut my heart like a knife, and my tears flowed down instantly.

My mother once lost me.

When I was six years old, my mother carried a burden to the station to sell fruit, and I followed. After she called someone an apple, she couldn't find me when she looked back.

Mother didn't care about picking fresh fruits, and looked everywhere like crazy. After looking around the station, I saw me with tears in my eyes waiting for her in front of the load. Actually, I just went to the toilet.
