Dwarka Holds Promise for Investors in Delhi NCR

With almost all the suburban neighbourhoods of India's capital city reaching the saturation point, the current focus to own an abode has shifted to Dwarka located in South West Delhi. Planned by the DDA (Delhi Development Authority) in late 80s, this locality is expansive with broad motorable roads and streets. So much so, often referred as Dwarka Sub City, it was reported that even Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a cherished desire to own a 2 BHK flat here! Such is the demand for flats in Dwarka.

Both the international and domestic air terminals as well as the national highway to Jaipur and the Millennium City of Gurgaon are just over half-n-hour drive. Likewise New Delhi Railway Station could be reached within 60 minutes on a clear traffic-free day. It is well connected by the Metro and a new link under construction will pass through the eastern part of Dwarka Apart from National Law University, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and Netaji Subash Institute of Technology, several leading colleges and schools are located here. Sector-wise there are convenient shopping centres in addition to malls at vantage points. In view of these plus-points, owning property in Dwarka is an asset for all times to come.

Indeed, this well developed neighbourhood is the signature for elite lifestyle. For instance, Seven Seasons, a literal Eden in real life is within the vicinity of Dwarka. This classic project is a part of Vatika Express City, XPC in short. It is a 300 acres township located at the intersection of Dwarka Expressway and Pataudi Road.

This Expressway is a broad 8-lane, 150 meters wide and 18 kilometres long corridor linking Gurgaon with New Delhi. Hence the Seven Seasons has earned prime attention of buyers and investors. As for ploughing-in money here, the DDA has cautioned the general public to ascertain the status a property through a thorough check prior to investing. In the context of land pooling policy which is yet to take proper shape, it has already issued public notices to be cautious of certain misleading advertisements since no such scheme is approved nor land to be returned has been finalised as yet.
