Duromax XP10000EH Runs fine but output voltage at 90V?

by Ander Son portable generator advisor 2016
I got a Duromax XP10000EH generator for modest, as the distribution center was moving to an alternate state. I anticipated that it would at any rate take a shot at conveyance, no go.

I've run it under propane just. It flames straight up without issue.

Issue is, it's running at 90V with gag half open, and 70V with the stifle completely open on it's 120V setting.

I've reached the merchant, they conveyed another AVR that I put in, and it had no effect.  check out more at : quiet generator

They had me perform a few tests-

There is a 4-wire obstruct on the upper right side.

Test for coherence from L1 to L2

Test for coherence from R1 to R2

Readings ought to be under 10 ohms

There are 2 metal rings squeezed to the rotor's end shaft.

Test for congruity from ring to ring

Readings ought to be under 75 ohms

L1 to L2, and R1 to R2 were both 1.4 ohms.

Between the rings were 48.5 ohms, putting it inside of spec.

Considerations on what could be the issue? Any tests I can perform to investigate? Parts are secured, however not diagnostics. They need me to take it some place to make sense of the issue then request parts. refer at : http://www.wikihow.com/Make-a-Simple-Electric-Generator
