DU LLB Entrance Exam
University of Delhi conducts law entrance exam every
year for admission to LLB in various affiliated colleges under Delhi
University. The forms of entrance exams will be made available online in first
week of April, 2017.

Eligibility
Criteria-
Interested candidates should be aware of the
eligibility norms for getting eligible to apply for the entrance exam which are
as-
For Candidates of General Categories-
Candidates who are interested to apply for the exam
should have cleared graduation or post-graduation from a UGC recognized
university or University of Delhi with minimum marks of 50% in aggregate will
be eligible to apply for the LLB Law Entrance Exam
organized by Delhi University
For Candidates of OBC Category-
Candidates who have studied or cleared their degree
of graduation or post-graduation from Delhi University or UGC recognized
university with minimum 45% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for LLB
Entrance exam which is organized by Delhi University.
For Candidates of SC or ST Category-
Candidates who have studied their degree of graduation
or post-graduation from Delhi University or UGC recognized university with
minimum 40% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply for LLB Entrance exam
which is organized by Delhi University
Note- 5% relaxation is also allowed for the
candidates of categories such widows or wards of ex-servicemen or physically
handicapped
Application
Form-
The application form for the entrance exam of Delhi
University can be filled online i.e. through official website of Delhi
University. The application form is expected to be released in first week of
April, 2017

Candidates who are making payment of fee
through post have to pay-

General candidates and OBC candidates
have to pay Rs.700
o
SC or ST candidates have to pay Rs.300
·
Candidates who are making payment of fee
through the counter have to pay-
o
General candidates and OBC candidates
have to pay Rs.700
o
SC or ST candidates have to pay Rs.250
Exam
Patten-
The entrance exam consists of 175 multiple choice
questions. The questions comprises of topics from English and Legal Awareness.
Every correct answer will give a credit of 4 marks and negative marking of 1
mark will be done for every wrong answer.
Admit
Card-
Admit card will be dispatched to the candidate
through post. In case the candidate do not receive the admit card then they
have to write to Delhi University for it. No candidate will be allowed to
appear without admit card.
Result-
Results will be declared in fourth week of June,
2017. Candidates can retrieve their result from official website after entering
the application number and date of birth.
