Drive Traffic to your Blog Using Articles

Publishing articles on various article sites is one of the best ways to drive traffic to your blog(s) and build a name for yourself. You may be wondering, “how does this all tie to my blog?”

Well, if your blog posts are about the same topics as your article content, you should have a great niche to promote in. And then you can use the longer, more detailed posts as your article content that you will publish. But of course, you must follow some simple steps when doing this to make sure it works really well.

~ You want to be sure that your article content is articulate. Your blog posts are meant to be more casual as if you are having a friendly conversation with your friends. Now, some of your greatest blog posts can make a dreadful article. So with that being said, if you are using the blog post on any article submission sites, then you want it to be both appealing to the reader and somewhat more formal than your normal blog posts would be.

~ Post to your blog and then be sure to add your resource box at the very end of the post. If it’s a reprint, you can make that known if you feel the need to or simply put it in a category that you have designated for reprints. By doing this, you can present a feed of all of your reprints as well and then you want to include the link in the resource box. Be sure that you are incorporating the permalink to the specific post within your post. That means that you will have to revise the post after you have posted it for the first time.

~ You want to give it a month… in that month be sure to submit your written article to bookmarking sites and encourage your readers to vote for the article.

~Search for the first line of your submitted article to make sure that it is in the search engines. If it doesn’t show up, you need to work on getting it in the search engines.
