Be it a fitness lover or not, everyone has heard that they should drink 8 glasses of water a day. Some people even install high-end applications in their mobile phones to remind them that their body needs water. Suppressing my laugh, I would like to ask everyone these individuals, is the body so inactive it can't decide on its own if it requires water or when does it require water? Cannot it function the easy role of telling you exactly what exactly does it need? Seriously, this tech is making a number people handicapped.

At last, I reasoned that I do not need to count my eyeglasses of water. I really don't wish to consider everything before I drink or eat it. I understood that drinking water once I want it’s the very best Method to keep myself healthy and hydrated. Alerts and programs merely to drink water? I really don't want it.
