Do you want to 401k plan serivce providers in US?

When we go shopping for something as important as a suit, tux or wedding gown, we never just buy off the shelf. We try it on and look at a few options, maybe even go to a few different stores, then we pick the one we like, and still have it altered to fit our specific body style.The same process should be done when designing a company 401(k) plan.
Things like match and profit sharing contributions can be tailored to your company goals, and just as your measurements change over the years, your 401(k) plan should too. If the business is expecting some rough times ahead, or just wants to lowers its company 401(K) Contributions you could always cap the maximum amount of match any one could receive. Tired of your sales staff getting paid a generous compensation package and then having to make match or profit sharing contributions on top of those amount, why not exclude commissions from match and profit sharing contributions?Maybe it’s overtime you want to include instead? The options are nearly endless, and all too often over looked.
Relationships Matter
In the 401(k) Industry I have worked in a call center (the “team” approach) where I was working with a new and different client on every call, and managed a large block of business where I knew my clients in and out. I would apply the same level of expertise to both clients, but the relationships I developed my clients enabled me to hear the things they weren’t saying, and link together the questions over the course of the relationship to truly meet their needs. When we did an annual review and they said they couldn’t think of anything they wanted to change, I could remind them of the issues we addressed over the year show them how certain adjustments could help address those concerns into the next year. Able to clearly identify the risks in making those changes, and what the likely outcome was. The clients I worked with for one phone call could have received the same advice, but when it came to year end that same advice was not there to help them.
