do you have been cheated by foreign customer?
what is your professional ? do you have sale experience? YES! you are right ,now i am as sales man . i am from wire mesh company sales manager . i do business with many country customer ,such as ,Italy , Thailand ,USA ,UK etc .
i have more than three years occupation career , i am very cautious with customer .because some customer are not sincere , even cheat .
in 2013 year , i contact one customer from South Afirca , we often communication with customer by e-mail ,but more news by skype . first of all , he make small order for 1.80m height welded wire mesh , he only pay 20% deposit . because he may worry about i am cheater .after 20 days , we finish sample order soon .
when he receive all cargo , he is very satisfied with all goods . the production more brighter , adopt best galvanized process , so it no easy to rust or corrosion .
in 2014 year , we have good cooperation and more order , he always order 4*40GP each time . when i get balance , will do telex release .he sell very fast and well too .
when raw material is up or down , i offer fix quote . other supply always send new quote , so he ask me to make cheaper again and again . it is very boring .
as a result , we have cause misunderstand and no turst .
in early of 2015 year , he order 4 container goods again , but the deposit is very very less , because he is old customer , i full trust him .
in the end , it has bad result , he no pay last two containers balance .he refuse to pay ,but want to get B/L . it is impossible .
he have cheat us ,it have big loss . so i am very sad .
all business have risk , how to avoid risk ? it need to deep consider question .
as international rules , how to punishment cheater , how to maintain seller profit?
it should have very clear clause .
