For a finishing ornament, you could glue some string in the shape of letters.

The last idea is about the wall decor. You could cut the clothes that remains after making pillow case into pieces. With the hot glue gun, you could stick those pieces on the white frame randomly. After it’s done, you have the wonderful art work that is made on your own. You could hang it on the wall, and the wall is no longer boring.
