by Dr Sameera Gupta Best Physiotherapist In Mumbai | 25 Years Of Exper

We always follow the people we love. Celebrities have a different impact on our lives. They are people we meet regularly but on screens, and still have a few favorites whom we love wholeheartedly without even meeting them. That is the craze celebrities have on normal people.

People tend to copy celebrities in any possible manner, whether it is their style, their hair, their walk, or clothes. Similarly, don't you think that it will be great to learn about and copy their diet as well? Because doing so will strengthen your willpower, it makes sense to emulate those you admire.

Being a celebrity nutritionist in Mumbai for a long time, I would like some of the diet plans of your most fit and favorite Indian celebrities.

  1. Akshay Kumar- He is definitely one of the fittest stars you can find in Bollywood. He has shared about how he spends his day like waking early and exercising at many platforms. But have you wondered what is his diet plan exactly?

If not then here it is,

  • Breakfast- Paranthas and a glass of milk.

  • Mid-day snacks- Fruits, Dry Fruits, Mixed Veggies, etc

  • Lunch- Roti, Dal, a cup of vegetables, Dahi, and some boiled or steamed chicken.

  • Dinner- Soups and Veggies.

  1. Deepika Padukon- from her debut film to her recent film, all have seen how fit she is. She is one of the fitness freaks you may find in Bollywood. Apart from her workouts, let's have a look at what she eats.

  • Breakfast- 2 egg whites with a glass of low-fat milk.

  • Lunch- Veggies with Grilled Fish.

  • Mid-Day Snacks- Almonds and Filter coffee. Sometimes fresh fruits and fruit juices.

  • Dinner- Roti with veggies and salads.

  1. Shilpa Shetty- She literally is competing for a younger actress. She has maintained herself quite well and she no way looks like her actual age. You can always admire her for her fitness. Her diest plans include:

  • Breakfast -Aloe vera/Amla juice, Porridge, and tea with brown sugar.

  • Mid-Day Snacks-Brown bread toast, egg white, and green tea.
