Industrialists who have a dangling mindset or who have a negative mindset usually fail. It is hard to inspire people to capitalize money on a new idea or work for an inexperienced company if the entrepreneur behind it lacks self-confidence. But having a successful mindset is not just support for those who are initiating a new venture. It can also help readers from all aspects of life make cleverer conclusions that result in better individual or commercial outcomes.

An inspiring example is Alex Barone – a highly acclaimed American actor, producer, and motivational speaker. As someone facing a disability by birth, Barone has experienced hardships from the start. He was born with an infrequent health condition called Fibular Hemimelia. He was missing a fibular bone in his right leg and only had three fingers on both hands. He had to undergo forty plus surgeries throughout his childhood.

Despite his tough childhood, Barone believes that if he had let his disabilities pull him down from achieving his dreams, he would have never been able to be where he is now. He pushed aside people's perceptions about him, self-motivated himself, and strived to make a difference that nobody saw coming. That is why his story has inspired many disabled people who are struggling too. And upon reading about his life has sparked hope in their hearts that they too can fight for what they want without letting their disabilities hold them back.
