DDA New Housing Scheme 2016 to be Launched Soon
Delhi Development Authority will soon launch its new housing scheme 2016 for the allotment of multiple housing units for different segment of the society.
A budget for financial year 2016-17 has been announced yesterday, in which half of the worth is for housing development.
According to the source, the half of budget will be spread on the development of housing area.
DDA will soon launch a new housing scheme with large number of flats for different segments of the society. And these housing units will be available in the ongoing projects of DDA.
The source said that around 33 projects are on ongoing process will be completed this year. These projects comprises of large number of flats which would be offered by the authority in DDA Housing Scheme 2016.
According to the source, large number of flats in DDA Scheme 2016 will be available in Narela and Rohini where DDA has large pockets of land to develop housing projects. Flats will also be offered in coveted locations such as Vasant Kunj’s Pocket D-6 and Dwarka’s Sector 18-B.
Apart from the development of housing units, the authority also plan to develop new bio-diversity parks, convenient shopping centres, community centers.
