Online education or E-learning is the new trend of our studies. Due to worldwide lockdown, we were not allowed to go outside or school to attend regular classes. At that time, the online medium of communication is the only option to access education. ·         Teachers need be to more focused and alert while taking their classes as they are visible to students as well as their parents.

·         Internet education also uncovers the necessity of online study materials that are available in the form of word files, excels, and PPTs.

·         Online education allows teachers to explore new methods of teaching. It also helps them to learn about technology and the use of digital tools such as search engines, social media platforms, and digital libraries.

·         One of the significant things about online education is affordability. Economically weak students can access education as per their requirements over the internet.

·         It acts as a wonderful opportunity for shy and introvert scholars. They can share their personal issues with their teacher privately.

·         Due to less mismanagement in workflow, teachers become more efficient in handling classes because of computer-assisted learning.

Major Challenges Of Online Education During A Pandemic

Economic Imbalance

Everybody knows the economic condition of any country due to worldwide lockdown. Many people have to leave the jobs or stay unemployed for many months. It makes them vulnerable to affording smart phones, computers, or laptops to their children.

Insufficient Technical Support:

E-learning is purely based on internet connectivity. During online classes, both students and teachers faced problems of poor internet connection. It decreases the effectiveness of online classes and increases time wastage.

Longer Hours Of Working 

Online learning expands the working hours for teachers as well as students. Teachers have to plan their teaching strategies and also need to handle virtual schools. They have to learn a lot about the part of learning for which they never get any training.

Lack Of Technical Knowledge:

The use of technology for teaching through virtual classes is new for students and teachers. Students are not friendly with the online medium of education and teachers are not trained in providing virtual classes.

No Balance In Life:
