Crankshaft bearing maintenance requirements

(1) decomposition, cleaning crank shaft components, ensure that the crankshaft internal oil clean and smooth.

(2) on the crankshaft for inspection, if there is any crack, must be replaced. Carefully check the crankshaft main journal, connecting rod journal and transition arc of all surface must not have scratches, burns and touch.

(4) check the crankshaft journal and the hardness of connecting rod journal requirements, must conform to the technical requirements. Otherwise, it should be to deal with, in order to meet the use requirement.

(5) the crankshaft thrust and radial circular runout, facing the main journal public axis radial runout, must conform to the technical requirements. Otherwise, must be corrected.

(6) connecting rod journal axis, within the span of main journal public axis parallelism must conform to the technical requirements.

(7) before and after the crankshaft gear with crack, damage, severe wear, should replace the crankshaft.

Crankshaft balance piece of bolt (8) if there is any crack, must be replaced. Crankshaft after replacement of balance or balance blocks of bolt, because of the dynamic balance test on crankshaft assembly, to ensure that the unbalance in conformity with the technical requirements.

(9) the flywheel and pulley bolts if there are any cracks, scratches or elongation than the limit, to replace.

(10) carefully check the shock absorber of crankcase stand feet, if any damage, rubber aging, cracking and deformation or crack, must be replaced.

(11) when assembling crankshaft, pay attention to the installation of main shaft tile, thrust tile. Check the crankshaft axial clearance and tighten the main bearing cover according to the requirement the vertical and horizontal bolt.
