There are a couple of steps you should follow when you decide to cut a tree.

A tree may need to be cut or removed if it becomes a danger to public property, a nuisance to look at, or even if it's a part of reinvigorating a new garden. Before you start to cut a trees branches you must first come up with a plan for cutting safely and effectively.

There are a couple of precautions to take..

1. You should never cut a tree on along it's primary branches
2. You should never top or cut a tree along it's main trunk
3. You should never cut more then 50% of a trees total volume
4. You should always use the right equipment and risk assess the situation before cutting a tree

When you book a job at Mayo Tree Services we follow all the correct procedures to ensure that every job that we do at a clients property is completed to the highest standard and minimise any risks associated
