·         Then in Gmail folder in Outlook select the destination folder

·         Once done. Refresh the page or your Gmail

Step 03: Configure Your Gmail With Outlook

·         Launch Microsoft Outlook

·         Go to ‘File’ – Info – Account Settings, as soon as you click on ‘Account settings’ a new window will pop up

·         Click on New icon

·         Either click on ”additional server type” or check on “Manually configure server setting”

·         Check” Internet E-mail”

·         Now enter your email address and your email password

·         Mention ”imap.gmail.com” as incoming server and ”smtp.gmail.com” as outgoing server

·         Now put ‘993’ in ‘Incoming server port’ and ‘465’ as ‘Outgoing server port’

·         Now test your account setting and click on finish

Step 04: Migrating Emails From Gmail To Outlook

·         Open your Gmail account and go to settings

·         Select Forwarding and POP/IMAP

·         Now enable IMAP under ‘IMAP Access’

·         Enable “Auto-Expunge on” and ” Archive” if you wish too

·         Save the following changes and click on Send/receive
