Also, some oils cause acute acidity after consuming food. While we often blame the food for causing riot in our stomach, more often than not it is the oil to be blamed. Affect on your weight :- Most of us usually measure our weight by what others around us say and what our clothes indicate about our weight. Clothes getting tighter means you are gaining weight, clothes becoming lose means you are losing some.
