The role of construction managers is enormous. Some of the duties of a construction manager’s are-

·         They are responsible for supervising the entire project from the very beginning and until the end. Sometimes, if a project is enormous and complicated, more than one construction manager is working with each other.

·         They are responsible for budgeting, planning and taking notes of progress and maintaining the construction time frame.

·         A project manager needs to communicate with others as well, including clients.

·         They are supposed to be on call 24/7 in case of any emergency.
