COMEDK UGET Exam 2018: Important Dates, FEE Details, Counselling

COMEDK (Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka) organises state level examination for candidates to secure admissions. That entrance exam is known as Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka UGET it is an under graduate entrance test. It is held for providing admissions to all interested candidates in various engineering and medical degree courses which are offered by different colleges or institutes which are affiliated to COMEDK.

This exam will be held on 13 May 2018 and the candidates who so ever want to apply for this entrance exam can now apply as the application forms are released for them. The application form for this entrance exam is released by the officials from 16 January 2018. And this is to be kept in mind by all the candidates that they need to fill their respective COMEDK application form on or before the due date i.e. 19 April 2018. This exam is important to appear as it is a gateway for securing admissions in more than 150 engineering colleges, 12 medical colleges and 25 dental colleges in Karnataka. The score of this entrance exam is considered in many of these colleges or institutes.

The eligibility criterion for every separate course is different according to the course. Every candidate must go through all the eligibility criteria thoroughly before they go further to apply for the COMEDK UGET. As, no applications would be accepted if a candidate fails to clear the eligibility criteria. Before submitting their application form finally the candidates are required to recheck their filled details thoroughly so that they may not face any discrepancy. This is necessary because no candidate will get second chance to alter their mistakes.

Instructions to be followed by the candidate:

• Candidates must read all the eligibility guideline before applying.
• They should read their details twice before submitting their application form.
• While uploading their required documents every applicant must check their size.
• All the uploading document should of their limited size as it will be provided in the guidelines.
• Before making payments applicants must check their form again and should make their payment via Debit/Credit/ Net Banking etc.

These are some instructions which are to be followed by all the interested and eligible candidates while filling their COMEDK Application Form. While the candidates are filling their application form then they need to select their respective desired 3 test centres from the available 140 test centres. For every candidate the officials have provided 3 test centres which a candidate can select if he/she founds them to be nearby them. Candidates are required to take a print out of their filled application form as it will be useful to them in their future communications. And to avoid the chance of misplacement the candidates are required to take 1-2 copies of their confirmation form. The confirmation form will include the ID number and password of the candidate which will help them to login subsequently for any detail.

Every candidate must provide a valid email ID and a working Mobile number while filling the COMEDK registration form as they will be provided all the information on their email or on their preferred mobile number through SMS facility.
