COMEDK 2016 Application Form - Submitted till 4 April 2016
COMEDK 2016 Application Form has been released on 8 February 2016 by the exam conducting authority, COMEDK (Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka). It can be filled in online mode only on the official website of the examination or EntranceCorner where direct link has been hosted for candidates’ faster and easier access. The last date to fill the application form is 4 April 2016. Those who will be successful in filling the application form will be able to appear in the COMEDK B.Tech 2016 Exam scheduled to be conducted on 8 May 2016. Before filling the application form, candidates must read the terms mentioned in eligibility criteria and ensure that all of them are met. COMEDK 2016 Application Fee
The application fee for PCM/PCB course is Rs.1200 whereas for PCMB, it is Rs.1500. candidate can make the fee payment in online (net-banking, credit card, or debit card) and offline mode (Axis Bank challan). Payment proof must be retained by the candidate till the end of allotment.
Process of filling Application Form of COMEDK 2016
1. First step is to register on the official website of the exam by entering name, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number. He has to create an alphanumeric password as well. On successful registration, candidate will be assigned an application ID which will be later used in logging in.
2. The next step is to login into the account using application ID and password and thereafter find the link to fill the application form. In the form, only correct and complete information shall be filled. Wrong information will lead to rejection in the screening process at the time of document verification.
3. In the COMEDK 2016 Application Form, enter personal (father’s name, religion, category, gender, and mother’ name), educational qualification (qualifying exam board, year, and percentage/CGPA), course and test preference (exam centers and PCM/PCMB) and correspondence details (email ID, permanent address, and residential address).
4. Upload scanned images of the required documents and photograph as well as signature in the application form. These images should follow the specifications and guidelines set by COMEDK. More information on these specifications can be seen on EntranceCorner website.
5. Check all the information filled, make corrections if needed, and finally submit the application form. Take printout of the application form and take its photocopy. Do not send any document or printout of COMEDK B.Tech 2016 Form to COMEDK. This provision which was followed last year has been scrapped now.
Candidate can check the application form status later on to see if their application forms have been accepted and acknowledged. No candidate will be issued an admit card if his application form is not accepted.
