In India for decades Hot Mix Asphalt with bitumen aggregate has been used as Pavement mixes. The wide use of hot mix technology leads to environmental pollution as these plants emit a huge amount of Greenhouse gases.Hot Mix Asphalt also works favorably with certain environmental conditions. Types of Emulsion Mix:

·         Dense Graded:Aggregates used contain fine materials and fillers. When this mixture is compacted there are fewer air voids to accommodate water.

·         Open Graded:The aggregates used don’t contain very fine material, and when compacted, they leave huge voids and water permeates through them.

Premix Carpeting Process:

·         Open Grade Premix is prepared in a concrete Mixer

·         Specific quantity of Emulsion fixed with quantity of aggregates for a few minutes

·         Cold Mix when shows brown color is loaded in trolleys and dispatched for the site of construction

·         Cold Mix is compacted with the help of Roller to get the premix Carpeting Finishing
