Development status of the highly anticipated upcoming MMORPGChronicles of Elyria set to release some time in 2017.
The most dynamic and immersive MMO to date,Chronicles of Elyria is the first MMORPG where your character ages and dies,encouraging you to think beyond your character and their role in a larger story.
Fearless in its design,it embraces a characters ability to impact other characters.A closed economy,finite resources,non repeatable quests and fully destructive environment,means the world is experienced differently for every character.
Current status of the development as stated by game creator "Caspian"
Caspian : In tradition of my first state of Elyria back in December,i wanted to take a look where we are now,relative to where we've been.
One of the biggest difference between now and December is the people who have been working at Soulbound studios.Back in December we had a very talented team,mainly artists and animators,who from aside one or two didn't have much experience on the MMO scene.
Since then we expanded our engineering team by several hundred percent,and hired a Technical art lead,most of whom specializes in MMORPGs.
A big focus this year is to coordinate development with character and content team.
This is a very hard thing to do!
Chronicles of Elyria is a living breathing world!

Release date.
To be honest i don't think our backers even want a release date right now.
They just want to see some quality progress and an idea of what we are working on at any given time.
