Choose a perfect cake recipe to make a heart melting cake yourself

dish weather you are celebrating your wedding anniversary, your loved one’s
birthday or a family get-together. Why should you waste your money every now
and then buying expensive cakes? Why don’t you try to bake a cake on your own? Though
you need to put in a great effort to bake a perfect cake, it’s going to be fun,
especially if you get the whole family involved in the baking process. You can

ones and try making a cake at home.
The
simple carrot cake recipe
The
ingredients required for this cake
recipe are:

Eggs – 4
·
Shredded carrots – 2 cups
·
Sugar – 1 cup
·
Unsweetened pineapple (crushed) – 8 ounces (1
can)
·
Canola oil – 1 cup
·
Packed brown sugar – 1 cup
·
Baking soda – 2 tablespoons
·
All-purpose flour – 2 cups
·
Salt – ¼ teaspoon
·
Ground cinnamon – 2 teaspoons
·
Chopped walnuts – ¾ cup
For the frosting:
·
Softened cream cheese – 2 packets (8 ounces
each)
·
Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoons
·
Softened butter - ¼ cup
·
Confectioner’s sugar – 1 ½ cups
Preparation
First of
all, you need to drain the pineapple and reserve 2 tsp of juice (save the
remaining juice for some other purpose or discard it). Take a large bowl and
beat the eggs, carrots, oil, sugar and remaining crushed pineapple along with
the reserved juice until everything blends well. Take another bowl and mix the
cinnamon, flour, salt and baking soda; gradually add this mix into the
pineapple mixture and beat it until the ingredients get combined well. Then,
stir in the walnuts. Now, you can transfer this mixture into a baking dish (13”
x 9”) and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes at a temperature of 350 degree F. Use a
toothpick to check whether the crust of the cake is fully baked or not. If it
is baked, place it over a wire rack. For the frosting, take a large bowl and
beat the butter and cream cheese until the mixture becomes smooth. Then beat in
the vanilla and gradually beat in the confectioner’s sugar. Spread this mixture
over the cake on the dish and serve it.
The
tasty hot milk cake recipe
The
ingredients required for this cake
recipe are:

Eggs – 4
·
Sugar – 2 cups
·
2% milk – 1 ¼ cups
·
Baking powder – 2 ¼ cups
·
All purpose flour – 2 ¼ cups
·
Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
·
Cubed butter – 10 tablespoons
Preparation
Once you
have arranged all the ingredients, take a large bowl and beat the eggs on a
high speed until they become thick and lemon colored. Then, add the sugar and beat
until the mixture becomes fluffy and light. Now, add the vanilla extract and baking
powder along with the flour to the batter and continue beating until the
mixture becomes smooth. Take a saucepan and heat the butter and the milk. Once
the butter is melted, take it off the heat and add the mixture into the batter
and again beat it well. Now, you need to pour this mixture into a baking pan
(13” x 9”). Bake it for 30 to 35 minutes and once it is fully baked, cool it on
a wire rack and serve it.
