With a lifelong love for the martial art, he also serves as the Performance Optimization Coach for USA Taekwondo and Vice-Chairman of the World Para-Taekwondo Classification Committee.
Jason graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Integrative Biology in 2002 and received his Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification in 2006. Jason went on to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine in 2008. He completed his residency at Pittsburgh University in 2009 and became a board certified Sports Clinical Specialist. Jason honed his rehabilitation skills as a consultant with the Pittsburgh Steelers for their 2009/2010 seasons. In 2012, Jason returned to his native California to join the performance medicine team for Cirque du Soleil’s show “Iris.” Jason opened his own Physical Therapy practice a year later in Pasadena and is proud to be able to support his clients' health and wellness goals with everything HealthFitInc has to offer.
