The U.S. administration earlier proved that it too has the capability to make others play on its rules under the cover of national security. It barred China’s tech giant, Huawei to receive software and components from American firms. Huawei responded to this order of restriction by saying that it has made vital contributions to the growth and development of Android across the globe.

A cold-war was felt between the two nations that continued for a long period of time. Despite this dispute, the Commerce Department offered a helping hand to Huawei by giving 90-days permission to complete its essential deals with existing cellular networks and gadgets. Google also agreed to work with Huawei for the time being to provide necessary security updates to its Android OS. However, it too will cease this relationship as ordered by the higher authorities to avoid unacceptable risks.

Huawei, Dell Inc and China arm among exhibitors at China forum

Huawei one of the chief partners of Android is willing to explore growth paths with other nations so as to improve in the field of technology. Xi Jinping, China president wrote to the International Big Data Industry Expo that all the countries should work together to develop the Internet, big data, and Artificial Intelligence. He also pointed towards the fact that China is of great importance when talking of big data industry and it will continue to support other nations for the growth of technologies.

The conference which started on Wednesday and continued for few days included a long list of exhibitors from China as well as from other countries. The list counts Alibaba Group Holding, Huawei Technologies Co., Dell Inc, Tencent Holdings, Google’s China arm, Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation, and INC. from Japan as the exhibitors. Data security, technical innovation, and digital economy were the key topics in the forum.

Washington is also planning to do the same by barring five other Chinese video surveillance enterprises. Many chip suppliers, as well as semiconductors, have plunged over the past month in the course of trade-war tensions.

Wang Zhijun, the vice head of the Ministry of Industry and information in an interview telecasted on China Central Television said that termination ban on Huawei is “rough” to the digital market. He also pleads to the U.S. government to cease “unreasonable suppression” being forced on China’s integrated circuit and electronic merchants.
