If you are employed by a company, the fees involved in the process will be paid by your company. However, if you an individual who is looking for a job or has just completed a degree in business studies, you would have to pay the fee yourself. But you should remember that change management training or change management course is going to pay hugely in the long run, so do not overlook the importance of this important certification.

Usually any type of change is often resisted at first. Especially the users of a software system are reluctant to accept a change even if it means improved or better functionality and cutting-edge performance. But change has to be accommodated in order to compete with similar information systems available out there and to make use of the latest technology. Change management training essentially introduces these topics including various steps an organization has to follow in order to successfully adapt to change and various strategies that help to accommodate change in a structured way.

Your goal should be to achieve the change management practitioner level in order to succeed as a manager. Some institutions are offering a combined change management course for both foundation and practitioner modules. These courses are less expensive than taking them separately. If you have enough time to prepare for both examinations, then it would be best to take on this opportunity. However, if you have to give time to your job and other personal activities, you can opt for either change management foundation or change management practitioner course at one time.
