The best part of your customer journey is building trust in your brand. This can be only possible by the genuine online reviews which are found in the marketplace. You can get reviews not only from your marketplace but also from the third party websites to make it more trustworthy. Some of the products or services in your marketplace may have gotten the low ratings and reviews, which will indulge the customers to skip.


To solve this, you need to curate the listings and identify the products that are defective. You should convey the message to the sellers and initializing the necessary actions against it.
