CD Software and eBook Teaches Children the ABC

by Eustacie Charles How Do You Know

The ABC Kids & Animals promotes learning the English alphabet early, from about age 2 to 1st grade. Some kids put off learning the fundamentals, such as the ABC, until later. They're behind learning the fundamentals of English.

Most likely, your child will be introduced to learn the English alphabet in school, so it makes sense to give him a head start at the tender age of 2 yrs. young with this CD.

Kids in this country, the rest of the English-speaking world, benefit by reading and listening to this CD on a computer at age 2. Your child reading and listening to this CD, at the same time, learn to use the computer and mouse to increase the audio volume, stop, repeat, pause, or replay. You'd have laid two foundations: technology and language.

Who Am I?

I'm Eustacie, graduated from an Ivy League school, taught elementary and high schools in New York City and HTML in Atlanta, GA., editided a school's newsletter, so I've created this interactive eBook for your child to learn the English alphabet and computer before he/she enters pre-school. Early, right?

It's pointless to divulge my whole life here; it's not the forum; however, I've had enough experience in this area of learning to know and observed what works in early childhood education. My daughter graduated from college; it probably had to do with giving her an alphabet kit I bought her at the early age of 2 yrs. Test that theory with your child, now!

Your Kid Has Control Over the Audio

An interactive eBook, the ABC Kids & Animals on CD provides control over its audio. The child sitting at the computer, mouse in hand (teach him/her to handle the mouse with a little demonstration) clicks a button to play the audio, stop, fast forward, pause, or restart the audio. Click "Next" to the following page, "Back," or jump to "Index," to navigate the eBook and software. Listen to the voices on the CD speak a letter, or name an animal and its class. It's scientific. Turn your computer speakers up!

The child clicks "Next" to advance to page 1, or 2, and so on. Each page presents a different animal picture, whose name begins with a letter of the alphabet's sequence. The letters shown in upper and lower cases on the left sit in color on the opposite pages of the animals. Viewing their magnificence, birds, fish, on its pages, on a laptop, or desktop, at home will give your child the opportunity to learn both the English alphabet and computer.

Learning will take place when your child is introduced to this eBook at home on your computer. It's a win-win situation for your child, one that makes you feel good knowing the little one has got a head start in the English language. Don 't talk about punctuation. That alone scares the lacking of the fundamentals out of any.

The advantage in this eBook and software speaks volume of learning now and future benefits your child will have gained by being exposed to the language foundation. You would've laid it for him/her before pre-school by giving a child this CD. It's a head start you've given him/her before pre-school that will enable him to excel in the language beyond high school.

Your Child's Early Education Value

The ABC Kids & Animals contributes incredible value to kids, so why not lay the foundation early, at age 2 to 1st grade? Any child can learn the alphabet at that age, but some don't. You can change all that with this ABC CD.

The eBook's recorded phonetics, its use of different voices that pronounce the letters, followed by the name of the animal on each page, resemble a whole classroom. These attributes would pique your child's curiosity. It's like bringing home a whole classroom to help your child learn the ABC from these live speakers on the CD. Children and adults speaking the letters with their sounds, pronouncing animals names, and pictures of the animals and letters on the pages provide the visuals.

A strong audio names each animal, whose name begins with a letter of the alphabet, followed by the scientific classification of the animal. That means your child will learn not only the alphabet, but also names of animals and their classifications, science. For example, the animal is either classified as a mammal, reptile, or other. Fantastic!

You might already know, and all what I’m saying relates to a child's early stage of learning span, the beginning of developing cognitive skills. We can add 1 + 1 and get an answer reached in math throughout the world from a very early age.

Think about your child starting early to match letters and words with objects, the objects in the eBook being animals in our world, learning will manifest itself later in life. The features of a small Atlas on each page above each animal, showing its habitat, speaks of geography included, making his/her learning the English alphabet from this eBook worthwhile. For any youngster before, or entering, pre-school, up to 1st grade.

The CD has strong educational value for your child in these twenty-six letters in the English alphabet. Give him/her a strong advantage in school, a head start before pre-school with this CD in your computer at home to learn the English alphabet, science and computer at age 2 yrs.

Testimonials

This eBook is very well suitable to any pre-schooler. My 3 year old daughter likes it so much that we'd be driving down the highway and she's asking me, 'Mommy, let's go back home to play the ABC.' I'm blown away she likes it that much! I like the audio that pronounces the names of the animals on the pages. I didn't even know the classification of the animals because it does classify the animals on the pages. My daughter is learning her ABC and a little science as she view this CD on the computer. Good work! Bola, Atlanta.

Very easy for kids to learn their ABC. The bright colors catches kids attention. I like the audio. It says the names of the animals of the pictures on the pages. And all of them are classified. My kid likes it very much. I recommend it to other parents with pre-schoolers at home. Robin, Atlanta

This eBook is really a good foundation to start. I love the fact that the audio pronounces the letters because repetition is key to learning for pre-schoolers. This work is child-freindly. It's good for a 1 year old child and up, and even for younger children. After reviewing it with my 1 year old child, I notices she starts to associate her surroundings with what she saw. She likes the animals on the pages, and when she sees animals on TV, she'd point them out because she has seen them on the CD. I definitely recommend this CD to other parents to give their pre-schooler a head start and a solid foundation before entering pre-school. Yolanda, Atlanta.
