Cat Communication Adapter II USB Drive Install manual

CAT Caterpillar ET Data link CAT communication Adapter II is called cat et for short. As a PC-based service tool, we need install cat et usb drive before using the Cat Communication Adapter II.

Below OBD2Tuning share with you the Cat Communication Adapter II USB Drive Install manual 

Step 1:  Download the Cat ET usb drive file. then copy (USB-VAG-COM ISO9141 USB installation) folder to the desktop
 
Step 2:  Connect Cat Communication Adapter II with the computer by USB cable, will find the new hardware. And install the usb drive manually by USB-VAG-COM ISO9141 USB installation file.

Step 3: Browse to the desktop (USB-VAG-COM ISO9141) , Next to the installation is complete

Step 4: Right after installation point (my computer) - (property) - Hardware -- Device Manager ---- point - port if it is COM3

Step 5: Then the software in excavator ET - choose COM3 port settings(must choose the same port number with Step 4)

Step 6: The usb drive installtion of Cat Communication Adapter II will connected.
