CAT 2015 Result - Would Be Announce Soon
The CAT 2015 is scheduled to be held on 29 November 2015. The CAT 2015 Result will be released after the successful conduction of the examination. The candidates who take the exam will be able to check their CAT Result 2015 online. The CAT is an entrance examination for candidates seeking admission in top notch business schools offering MBA Programs. The CAT is conducted by the IIMs. One of the 13 IIMs hosts the examination. The CAT 2015 Result list will indicate the roll nos. of the candidates who have cleared the common written test. The candidates who pass this test with the required cut off marks will then qualify for the next round in the selection procedure. The interview round and the group discussion will be the next round of the selection procedure. The final selection of the candidates who will be allotted seats in the IIMs and other business schools will be made after this round.
Marking Scheme
- The CAT 2015 will be conducted in two sessions.
- There will be two separate test forms and the scores will be normalized to make the process fairer.
- The normalization of scores is implemented to scale the differences of score distributions across test forms.
- Once the scores are normalized they will converted into percentile scores.
- The scaled scores and the percentile scores will be published separately.

- The written test for the CAT 2015 will be held on 29 November 2015.
- The written test is only the first step in the selection procedure for the CAT 2015.
- The candidates who clear the written test with the required cut off marks will then qualify for the next round in the selection procedure.
- Those who clear the cut off marks for the written test will be eligible for the Group discussion rounds and the Personal interview.
- The final selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of the personal interview.
- The cut off marks will be declared individually by the IIMs after the declaration of the CAT 2015 Result.
- The result of the CAT 2015 will be final and binding. There is no provision for rechecking available.
- The CAT 2015 will be released by the IIM on the official website.
