Car review: 2016 Volkswagen CC R-Line
Recently I had the chance to get some seattime in a 2016 Volkswagen CC R-Line(with Android Car Gps?
Inside the cabin in my tester was very comfortable leather upholstered seating that will accommodate five adults but be advised that four would be more comfortable for trips of any length.
And, yes, true to its model name, VW has tastefully inlaid strips of actual carbon fiber material across the dash and door panels.
Finally the car’s rear fascia is as sleek as is the front. However open up the trunk and you appreciate the space the VW engineers provided.
The mileage in my CC was very respectable. I got a combined city/highway mpg of 22. Out on the open highway I pulled in 31 mpg.
My tester -- trimmed out in the R-Line Carbon special edition package -- had an MSRP of $38,685.
