Well, it is quite simple and elaborate; the CRS system is activated only after the profile creation stage starts. Before arriving at this stage, the applicants must pass through a preliminary stage in which the probable applicants submit certain details about their education, age, language and professional exposure, etc. The system assesses the profiles and gives an initial judgment on the profiles. Only the people passing this stage can start with profile creation process.
