Cake Rusk

If you are looking for a tasty, nutty snack, a Cake Rusk is a great option. It is made from scratch and requires little equipment. You only need a wooden spoon and wire whisk to mix the batter. Start by creaming the butter with sugar, then add the eggs, vanilla, and cardamom powder. You can also add a little yellow food coloring to make your rusk more attractive. Once it is done, cut it into logs and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

How to Make Cake Rusk Without Oven

During the baking process, you can flip the rusks. This ensures uniform baking on both sides. Bake the rusks at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes on each side. Then, store them in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. These cakes can also be eaten immediately. But if you want to experiment with different flavors, you can add some chocolate and other flavorings to the batter before baking them.

To make cake rusk without oven, you need to use an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. The mixture must be fluffy. Once the butter and sugar are combined, add the eggs and whisk well. Then, sift the flour and baking powder. Whisk in the yellow food color and vanilla essence. After adding the flour, mix the mixture thoroughly and fold in the chopped fruit. When the dough is ready, sprinkle it over the top of the cake.

Once the batter is ready, you can begin to bake the cake slices. Place them on a baking sheet, brown side down. Avoid using parchment paper, which can make the cakes stick. After about 25-30 minutes, turn the cakes over and bake the other side. Continue to bake the cake slices until they are golden brown. This will take around 15 minutes. Then, remove them from the oven and turn them over. Then, remove them from the oven.
