Knitting To Know Ewe store is located in the heart of beautiful Bucks County. The store itself was built in the 1830's, and was the Town Hall of Penns Park, then the post office and general store. It has a warm, inviting atmosphere, and is filled to the brim with beautiful yarns. We pride ourselves in assisting our knitters and crocheters with every part of their experience in our store; from the purchasing of materials, to the instruction of the project. Habu Textiles believes in creating yarns that will give “soul” to the fabrics they are used to make. Their yarn is unique with years of experience behind it. Their Soft Wool Slub yarn is perfect for hats, mittens and scarfs with its chunky soft merino wool makeup, while their Shosenshi Linen Paper yarn is made up of 100% linen, with a crisp feeling perfect for making jackets. It is a perfect habu yarn to weave with as warp or weft.

This is actually a single ply version of the A-1 tsumugi silk. The color ways are slightly different also. It has the same specky effect, but at the same time softer and drapier. Feels like cotton.
