Buy a House in the Best Planned and Well-Connected Locations

by Nityanand Tripathi Senior Digital Marketing Executive
A house is more than what you find inside it. In addition to being spacious and good interior architecture, locality is always a big factor. In fact, the price you pay for a house always charges you for the neighborhood it is located in. And, people do not mind paying for a good location because of the benefits it provides. This was the mission of Delhi’s Land Pooling Policy: develop vast areas of land and plan them from scratch.

Most Important Benefit of Planning: Connectivity

In terms of utility, the first thing that comes to anyone’s mind is connectivity. Planned development always takes into account the accessibility of the house: short distance, that to other parts of the city, intercity and beyond. MPD 2021 clearly understood this when it highlighted the need to develop wide road in and around all new projects.

Antriksh Group is developing many such projects which offer buyers the best connectivity they can find in Delhi. As mentioned above, there are two aspects to offering good connectivity.

First is the choice of location within the city where a developer wants to raise its projects. In this, no one could have chosen better than Antriksh India. Outside Delhi as well they have found the best-planned locations: Noida Extension, Gurgaon, Greater Noida West, etc.

New Delhi Awas Yojna

Within Delhi, however, their Dwarka projects offer the best connectivity in the city. You get the advantage of fast metro travel, IGI airport for domestic and international travel, and Gurgaon to is a stone’s throw away.

Earlier, if you lived in Delhi, you could only get one thing at a time: living in the old neighborhood kept you close to the center of the city, but these have grown congested; and, if you lived in cleaner areas then transportation became an issue.

Government’s mission of Housing for all by 2022, with support from developers like Antriksh Group, Affordable Housing Delhi now comes without any compromise.

Internal Connectivity and Openness

The second kind of connectivity is that within the neighborhood. A common sight in Delhi’s old neighborhood is that of cars spilling onto roads because of lack of parking.

And, if the streets are very narrow in your locality, then reaching the nearby highway can still take a lot of time.

New projects being developed under Delhi’s Land Pooling Policy tackle this problem. First, they make more than adequate arrangements for parking. This increases space on the street for the movement of vehicles.

Wider roads are planned for neighborhood-level connectivity as well. Hence, you not only find it easier to move about but the neighborhood also becomes less claustrophobic. This happens in newer projects because of wide open spaces and green areas as well.
