Traditionally cowboy boots were made of cow hide as this was a readily available material, but these days you can purchase them in a range of colours and materials. Some of the earlier examples had silver or gold coloured toe tips.

If you are matching up these boots with jeans you should make sure that you buy a pair that has a skinny cut. Classically tailored tops will look good without being too showy. Your boots will also look good in the warmer months when teamed with summer dresses. In this case you can be a bit more adventurous and buy footwear in a bright colour.
Make sure that you finish the look with natural jewellery such as stone or other materials and a trendy belt.
