  • 4 cup water
  • 1/3 cup Miso
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 tbsp shredded nori
  • Silken tofu into small cubes
  • Dash soy sauce

Preparation of simple Miso soup:
First add water and start boiling it for some time. Shredded nori should be added to the water and allow it to simmer for at least 5 to 6 minutes. It is very necessary to sum it for a long time because this will result in lessening the salty fish flavour. Then reduce the heat and add all the ingredients into the shredded nori. Then stir it until the Miso is dissolved and it is very necessary not to boil the Miso completely. If we boil it completely, it will lose the healthy nature of the soup along with the color of the soup. For better taste, we can add mushroom in it, which results in providing the right structure for the soups.
