Boxing vs. CrossFit
CrossFit is only related to body fitness by offering some specific exercise which included swimming, weight lifting, running, pushing, pulling, throwing, and jumping. It is not guaranteed about weight loss, but it will be helpful to give your body a fit shape according to the weight. CrossFit also helps to achieve the daily task and makes a person more active.
Now if you are more concerned about cardiovascular and endurance rather than to be only fit, you should go for boxing. But as mentioned above, boxing is quite daring as compare to others. A person can achieve all goals related to fitness through boxing without going to the gym.
