Blue Real Spring Water
6 Reasons to
Drink Spring Water
Real spring
water is not water in a plastic jug sold at the store that is labeled “Spring
Water”. Upon reading those labels you will find that most come from a
municipal/tap/distilled or purified source, which actually means it is tap
water.
Drinking spring water will change your
life! Once you do it, you never go back! Real spring water refers to the
natural water that emerges directly out of the earth, usually on the side of a
mountain. TDS (total dissolved solids), temperature and microbe levels can be
different, depending on the spring water’s source. Make sure to do your
homework and find out as much as you can about a water source before drinking
it. It can dramatically improve your health, and change your life for the
better.
1 It's alive! It's just like food: if
you boil it or add chemicals, it's dead and potentially harmful. Spring water
is alive and well!
2 No fluoride. Fluoride is a
byproduct of nuclear waste and it's in most tap water. There are massive
campaigns in some progressive cities to stop the addition of fluoride to the
local water system. There's no fluoride in spring water!
3 No chlorine. Chlorine is a chemical
used to sterilize/disinfect city tap water. When you drink it, it can kills a
lot of the good bacteria in your body that help your immune system, digestion
and more. There's no chlorine in spring water!
4 Promotes Immune Health. There is
nothing on the earth that can escape microbes. Luckily, there are tons of
microbes that have a positive effect on our body and make up a huge part of our
immune system, among other things. We need these little guys! Because it hasn't
been sterilized, spring water is a great way to be exposed to naturally
occurring, helpful microbes. Your gut and immune system will thank you.
5 No dirty pipes. City water that
comes out of your tap has to pass through miles of pipe to get to your faucet.
It's been brought to public attention recently that most of those pipes are in
bad shape. Coated in goodness-knows-what, growing things, breaking down and
leaching chemicals into your water.
6 Connection to the Earth. If we grew
up getting our water from the tap, we have a disconnect with the actual source
of water. Water doesn't magically come from taps, or pipes or tanks. It comes
from the earth! Just like food doesn't come from the grocery store, or a
delivery truck. It comes from the earth. Collecting and drinking spring water
helps connect us to the source of this life sustaining liquid!
