BJantiques, Wordpress Expert

Permit me a few privileges for naming BJ a wordpress expert, a nomenclature he has not taken for himself. I should be permitted or, even excused to bestow this name on Bjantiques because of the way and manner he assisted me.

I had written an article yesterday about my wordpress blog, http://nnamdiagha.com which developed a problem as a result of a plugin I added last Friday which stiffed my blog and made it impossible for me to access my admin area of the blog with the effect that I could not post articles or edit articles or even view my blog stats, an action I carry out several times a day.

I sent a save my blog article which received several responses. However, BJ responded that he would assist me solve the problem at no charge to me. That is, he was going to assist me free of charge. He only required me to connect with him on skype, which I did right away.

To cut the very long story short, after two whole hours of work, he informed me that he had solved the problem. Meanwhile, while he was working, we were in constant touch on the skype; he was asking questions or seeking explanations and I was answering or explaining.

After all said and done, he said that he had finished and that I should test it. The outcome was the same after I tried logging in. However, I had to close for the day and go home.

However, this morning when I logged in, I had full and unfettered access to my admin area and was able to post an article I had written since last week when I first noticed the problem.

I want to thank Bjantiques for this kind gesture. It is not everyday that you get people on the internet who want to do things for you for free - and BJ was on this job for over two hours.

I want to encourage you to share your problems here for you have experts who will go out of their way to assist you for free. Even if you are charged, you will be getting good service for your money.
