At present, there are a lot of steel products available in the market which manufactured by different – different process, one of them is hot rolled process. Through this process steel manufacturer is making Pipe, Beams, Angle, Flats, Sheet Coils, Bars, Rectangular Shape Pipe, Channels, and many more. As you can understand by the name of hot rolled coil manufacturer, the first name designated to process and the “coil” stand for the product.

Sheet or Coil both are develops by forging and rolling process of the steel at high temperature on which steel stay in liquid form or at which steel can be formed in different shape without changing its mechanical & chemical properties. Other thing is that these rectangular billets is using for the manufacturing of sheets and coils because of its desired shape. Meanwhile these ballets are semi-finished because of the second process which will still to perform. Billets, Ingots, Slabs, and Bloom can be developing through different process.

Additionally, these processes are casting, assembly, deformation, Material removal, heat treatment, and the last but not the least is finishing process. All these processes perform just for manufacturing this steel raw material. Significantly as we all know that steel is used for various applications for which different specification and characteristic required in material.
