Chito Rios goes on to say "If a towing service is genuinely excellent, then a website should celebrate those positive aspects at length and highlight the benefits of using that company as well as detail their services... but if it's isn't so great, then the site should make those negative aspects of a business known to the consumer. Otherwise, it just sucks."

They were polite and helpful especially since we used them during rush hour of the day. Also, When other towing companies said it would take them over 2 hours to take care of us, they were able to do it in 20 minutes.

Such as; My insurance could not locate a winch truck to pull us out. Another criticism; My insurance company was dragging and still after 1 hour they couldn't find anyone. I called my insurance and told them about Big B's towing and that I wanted him to be my service.
