Best Yoga Teacher Training Center, India Hosts Retreat for Students #Throwback

Manohar Prasad Nautiyal founded Ekattva Yogshala to train future yoga teachers and generate awareness about yoga. Working towards the same goal, he recently held an introductory program at the yoga teacher training center (Rishikesh, India) about yoga and meditation. The main motive of the spiritual event was to create awareness about ancient art.

The yoga event was especially designed for 22 Chinese students interested in 200 hour Yoga teacher training. Here are the main highlights of the event hosted at yoga teacher training center in Rishikesh, India:

Yoga and Rishikesh session

While hosting the event at the yoga academy, ManoharJishared the relevance of Rishikesh in terms of yoga and spirituality. Rishiskesh is the birth place of yoga and saints from all over India visit the pious city for seeking the true meaning of life. It is privilege to be born here, said the founder of Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour yoga teacher training school in Rishikesh, India.

Meditation retreat in Rishikesh

After introduction of Rishikesh and discussion on its history, the Chinese students participated in meditation session under the guidance of Manoharji. Sharing their meditation experience, the young students stated that the yoga retreat session made them feel calmer and connected to the nature.

Goal of Ekattva Yogshala was to create unforgettable experience for the visiting students. That’s why a session by Swami Chidananda Sarasvati, head of Parmartha Niketan Ashram, was arranged at the yoga teacher training academy. The spiritual guru shared his wisdom in an interactive session.

At the end of the yoga retreat conducted at yoga teacher school in Rishikesh, group of yoga students were given the opportunity to interact with each other to share their experience and insights.

Chinese students were deeply influenced by the yoga retreat and expressed their love towards the Yoga and meditation. On January 2017 as well,Ekattva Yogshala organized meditation and yoga retreat for students and aspiring yoga teachers.
