After Dubai and its ever growing charm there is another amazing country who has lot of attraction and that is Sharjah. Sharjah is another state located in Middle East and also has very fast growing economy. In Sharjah there are number industries which are growing rapidly and making the economy much stronger every year. Sharjah also has attraction for people who want to work in Middle East and grow their career in a multicultural state. Sharjah is also rich in oil and gas resources, construction, building services and retails. Many expats came from Philippines, India, Pakistan, and South Asia even from UK, USA and Germany people are living here.

In this article we will share few tips to get a good job in Sharjah and excel in the desired career. Sharjah is the third largest city of UAE and after Dubai and Abu Dhabi Sharjah has lot of attractions for job seekers. Oil and Gas sector is the largest sector of Sharjah economy and is making a huge part of its economy. Sharjah’s location and its port make this state center of attraction for many oil and gas companies. There are many oil refineries working in Sharjah and these refineries require everyone to work from them, from general labor to manager. Other jobs such as estimates engineer, marketing managers, finance managers etc to fill the vacant places in this sector.

Khalid port is the modern port of Sharjah and is build according to modern requirements. This port has all facilities such as container terminals, cargo terminals and onshore and offshore support. And to work here engineers and technicians are required for proper functioning of the port that is why every year number of employees gets hired here. International Airport in Sharjah is another big employer because that is second largest air freight hub of Middle East. Mostly nationals get job here but there are many international airlines who seeks internationals workers to work with them.

Just like UAE in Sharjah foreign workers are not immigrant they are just temporary worker who has to leave once their job contract ends. A residence visa is must for any temporary worker to live in Sharjah. Usually companies recruit people are responsible for offering residence visa here in Sharjah as well. Employment or work visa is required to work in Sharjah and that is also considered the responsibility of employer. Mostly expats who work in UAE or Sharjah money is their major concern because here they can earn more than their home countries. Jobs in middle east are available in almost every field that is why they leave their home country and start living and working here.
